About the role

As a Mechanical Services Plumber at Heat Boss Tasmania, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems on all types of commercial and residential projects. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established family owned and operated company.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair work on all HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues to provide effective and efficient solutions.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed.
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver seamless services to our clients.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

What we're looking for

• Qualified Mechanical Services Plumber with a current Plumbing License (3rd and 4th year apprentices also encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical services systems, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
