Join our Team - Showroom Consultant (Part-time)
Are you a people person who loves helping others and looking for local part time work? Kitchen Shack is proudly Australian owned kitchen company known for great value and even better service.
We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to support our Preston showroom to work Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. This role may suit anyone wanting to work locally and further hours may be available at other locations. All training will be provided.
About the role:
Excellent customer service skills.
Greet and assist customers including our product and services, answer enquiries and follow up.
Assist co-ordination of jobs with Showroom Manager and suppliers.
Admin duties.
Keep showroom tidy and organised.
No design work is involved as this is a support role to the Showroom.
About You:
You're friendly, reliable and love helping customers
You're a great communicator with a positive "can-do" attitude
You're happy to learn and pride yourself on attention to detail
You're available Wednesdays and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
Previous customer service experience is ideal and additional hours at other locations may be available. Prior experience on CRM software would be helpful, but not necessary.
