Showroom Concierge

Hours: 24 hours per week, working any 3 out of 7 days on weekends, some weekdays as required and public holidays on rotation.

About The Role:

We are looking for a luxury Jewellery Concierge to join our successful sales team based across the ANZ region.

How you’ll contribute:

• Ensure seamless Collection & Drop-Off appointments throughout the entire weekend, providing flexibility for customers and enhancing their experience.

• Act as the first point of contact for all walk-in clients on weekends, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are assisted promptly, especially when consultants are fully booked with scheduled viewings.

• Answer phone calls and assist with booking consultations, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process for customers.

• Support sales consultants by maintaining an organised showroom, helping to tidy up display trays, returning sample jewellery to cabinets, and ensuring a polished presentation between back-to-back customer appointments.

• Proactively observe customer interactions and step in as needed to enhance the overall showroom experience.

• Maintain the highest standard of hospitality, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional, luxury retail experience.

About You:

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service, with a passion for high-end jewellery and client engagement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and welcoming presence to greet all walk-in customers.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly assisting consultants and managing showroom organisation.

• Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to uphold a premium in-store experience.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to support the busiest trading periods.
