Are you an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of the Pilbara? We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead and manage a dynamic and welcoming small bar in one of Australia’s most stunning and unique regions.

About the Role: As our Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring excellent customer service, a high-quality beverage experience, and maintaining a friendly, vibrant atmosphere. You’ll be responsible for managing the team, handling stock, creating drink specials, ensuring compliance with local laws, and driving the success of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bar team, providing coaching, training, and support.
• Oversee inventory management and order stock.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions.
• Ensure the bar is compliant with local licensing and health regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for staff and patrons.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in bar management or hospitality leadership, ideally in a small, close-knit setting.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Valid WA Red Card certification.
• Experience in managing stock and ordering processes.
• A positive, hands-on approach to work and a team player mindset.
