The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a driven and hands-on HSE Coordinator to take charge of our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems. Based in Condell Park, you’ll work across multiple sites to build a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE standards. You’ll be the go-to expert, mentor, and leader—empowering teams, managing accreditations, and championing sustainable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, implement, and manage our HSE Management System across multiple sites

Maintain ISO certifications and lead continuous improvement projects

Partner with leaders to drive a positive, resilient safety culture

Conduct internal audits, investigations, and deliver actionable insights

Manage training, site compliance, and safety documentation (SOPs, risk registers, etc.)

Oversee RTW programs and workers’ compensation claims

Lead sustainability and ESG reporting initiatives

Maintain HSE dashboards and reporting tools (SharePoint, Excel, etc.)

What You Bring

3–5+ years of HSE experience (multi-site or manufacturing experience preferred)

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or environmental science

Confident communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills

Proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Current driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment
