About the role

• Assist in contract administration, procurement, and project coordination
• Manage subcontractor agreements, progress claims, and variations
• Monitor budgets and financial reporting to ensure project profitability
• Work closely with project teams to keep construction on track

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in contract administration within the construction industry is ideal, but if you're new to the CA space, feel free to apply
• Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ideal but not essential
