About the role
- Assist in contract administration, procurement, and project coordination
- Manage subcontractor agreements, progress claims, and variations
- Monitor budgets and financial reporting to ensure project profitability
- Work closely with project teams to keep construction on track
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in contract administration within the construction industry is ideal, but if you're new to the CA space, feel free to apply
- Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ideal but not essential
