About the Role

This role leads the testing function across key cyber security programs, ensuring quality delivery through sound test planning, evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll be responsible for defining best practice test strategies, managing risk, and ensuring business needs are met through rigorous test design, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage end-to-end test planning and execution processes
• Coordinate UX testing and evaluate user feedback in iterative cycles
• Oversee defect management using structured testing tools and methods
• Provide objective assessments of software quality and readiness
• Ensure traceability of requirements through test artefacts and results
• Lead test reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership in test management and performance optimisation
• Strong understanding of QA processes, UX, and defect tracking tools
• Ability to develop and enforce testing frameworks and policy standards
• Expert-level knowledge across multiple testing methodologies and tools
• Strong communication skills with experience leading diverse teams
• Ability to manage testing risk, lessons learned, and continuous improvement

Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
