About the role
You’ll join as a Business Analyst on a compliance-driven data transformation program, reporting into a senior program lead. Working cross-functionally with 9 internal teams, this role will assess current data assets, business processes, and opportunities for cross-team collaboration.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Map existing data assets across 9 initiatives and their current usage
• Engage with internal BAU teams to understand operational data flows
• Work with the architecture team to uncover data linkages and surface risks
• Identify legacy systems and recommend paths for transformation
• Support design of future state data model and governance structures

Skills and experience

• Strong Business Analyst background across data and transformation projects
• Experience within compliance-heavy environments
• Ability to navigate complex legacy systems and identify data interdependencies
• Exposure to AI or data modelling projects is highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bonus: Knowledge of responsible gambling, AML, or compliance frameworks
