About the Role

As an IT Performance Tester, you'll design, execute, and analyse performance tests across a range of applications, helping to ensure systems meet key non-functional requirements. You'll contribute to test strategies, executive updates, and continuous improvement efforts, while collaborating across business and technical teams to support digital identity services and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage performance testing for applications prior to production release
• Analyse results to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop test strategies and plans
• Document test outcomes and provide high-level technical advice
• Communicate performance insights to both technical and executive audiences
• Support continuous improvement across testing processes and framework

Skills & Experience

• Experience in performance testing across varied platforms and technologies
• Proficiency in JMeter (mandatory); LoadRunner and AppDynamics desirable
• Understanding of non-functional testing and monitoring requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Coding experience in languages such as Java or C#
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SAFe environments

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
