The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years’ experience in Public Practice Accounting

• CPA/CA qualified

• Experience managing staff desirable, but not essential

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Practical experience using Xero, Xero Workpapers and Xero Practice Manager

We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to join the team at Calibre Advisors in a key leadership role. If you're someone who enjoys variety, values client relationships, and is passionate about driving results, this could be a great fit. In this role, you'll lead the charge on client compliance, uphold the quality and accuracy of financial reporting, and play a hands-on role in providing meaningful advisory support to help clients grow and succeed. You'll also contribute to improving internal processes, boosting efficiency, and supporting the firm’s long-term development.
