👋 About the Role

As a Front Line Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face customers see when they bring their vehicles in for servicing. You’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth and positive experience from drop-off to pick-up. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where no two days are the same.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their service enquiries

Schedule service bookings and manage daily workshop flow

Communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians

Provide updates on service progress and timelines

Prepare invoices and explain charges in a professional, friendly manner

Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our service

🌟 What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine passion for helping people

Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure

Previous experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality is a plus

An interest in the automotive industry

A team player with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems)
