Front Counter Customer Sales Person/ Service Advisor – Bridgestone Helensvale

Location: Helensvale, QLD
Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week

Are you a customer-focused professional with a strong mechanical background? Do you have excellent computer skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Bridgestone Helensvale is looking for a Front Counter Customer Sales Person/ Service Advisor to join our team!

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and excellent customer service
- Preparing quotes and processing sales
- Booking jobs and managing the daily workshop schedule
- Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ensuring smooth operations at the front counter

What We’re Looking For:

- Mechanical knowledge – either formal training or hands-on experience
- Strong computer skills – ability to use POS systems and manage bookings efficiently
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
