Ben’s Fencing & Retaining is a well-established family business seeking experienced and reliable people to join our growing team. We currently have ongoing projects across Adelaide and surrounding areas and are looking for people to fill the following roles:

Fencing & Retaining Wall Installers - Supervisors and Leading Hands

Excavator Operators (preferably with pier drilling experience)

General Labourers (preferably with experience within the construction industry)

Truck Driver, Yard Person and Fabricators

For the right candidate, we can offer:

Full time work with some Saturday shifts on offer

Long term employment with potential to move into a supervisor role

Requirements

To be considered for the role you must have your White Card, a reliable vehicle and be capable of physical work. We are looking for people with the following attributes:

Reliable and punctual

Commitment to high quality workmanship

Good communication skills

Able to follow set procedures

Ability to prioritise work and multitask

Problem solving skills

The following skills would be very well regarded, but not essential:

Basic mig welding/fabrication skills

Truck driving HR/ MR

Forklift operation
