As a Team Leader & Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:
Leading a professional, warm team who are excited to welcome you.
Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments and [providing return-to-work case management.
Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
Requirements:
Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology.
Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA.
Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Occupational Rehabilitation experience (minimum of 3 years)
Management skills or the desire to grow and learn in this area.
