We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist and a Registered Psychologist to join our team in flexible roles that allow you to focus on impactful clinical work without the pressures of a high caseload or rigid KPIs.

About the Role

Exercise Physiologist

As a Rehabilitation Consultant and Exercise Physiologist, your role will include:

Workplace & Ergonomic Assessments – Assess job tasks and recommend modifications to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.

Case Management – Support clients in workers’ compensation, veteran rehabilitation, and motor injury

Functional Capacity Assessments – Evaluate clients’ physical abilities to support return-to-work planning.

Registered Psychologist

As a Rehabilitation Consultant and Registered Psychologist, your role will include:

Clinical Counselling – Provide psychological support and intervention for clients dealing with mental health challenges.

Case Management – Assist clients in workers’ compensation, veteran rehabilitation, and motor injury.

Cognitive Assessments & Support – Help clients manage cognitive difficulties and develop tailored coping strategies.

Vocational Assessments – Guide clients in identifying career paths following health-related challenges.

About You

🔹 Exercise Physiologist – ESSA-accredited professional with experience in workplace rehabilitation or a desire to apply your skills clinically.
🔹 Registered Psychologist – AHPRA-registered professional with experience in rehabilitation, mental health, or related fields.
🔹 Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
🔹 A passion for creative problem-solving and helping people achieve their goals.
🔹 Willingness to learn and grow in new assessment areas if needed.
