Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.

The position will have the following roster:

Hours: 90 hours per month (Active nightshifts)

Week 1: Thurs: 6 am - 3 pm, Fri: 6 pm - 10 pm SO, Sat: 6 - pm - 9 pm, Sun: 6 - pm - 9 pm, Mon: 7 am 12:30 pm, Wed: 7 - am - 10 am

Week 2: Fri: 2 pm - 10 pm SO, Mon: 6 pm - 9 pm, Tues: 6 am - 12:30 pm

Week 3: Thurs: 6 am - 3 pm, Fri: 6 pm - 10 pm SO, Sat: 6 - pm - 9 pm, Sun: 6 - pm - 9 pm, Mon: 7 am 12:30 pm, Wed: 7 - am - 10 am

Week 4: Fri: 2 pm - 10 pm SO, Mon: 6 pm - 9 pm, Tues: 6 am - 12:30 pm

The successful candidate must have:

• A current provisional or full Australian driver's licence
• WWVP card with NDIS activities
• Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
