Are you a driven and experienced accountant ready to step up in a dynamic public practice environment? We're working with a well-respected Perth accounting firm looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

This role will see you take ownership of client work across tax compliance, financial reporting, and advisory, while supporting junior staff and contributing to the development of strong client relationships. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to deepen their technical expertise and take on more responsibility in a firm that truly values its people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns, BAS/IAS, and financial statements
• Providing tax planning and advisory services to individuals, SMEs, and trusts
• Liaising directly with clients and offering day-to-day business support
• Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior accountants
• Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and industry trends

What You’ll Bring:

• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
• 3–5 years’ experience in public practice accounting
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior staff
