The Blue Basement Cafe' is looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to join our team as baristas, café workers, and kitchen hands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and bustling café environment, serving great coffee and delicious food to our customers.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to customers

Assisting in food preparation, including sandwich making, light cooking, and plating of dishes

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers

Restocking and maintaining inventory of café supplies

Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the café

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Good communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for creating a great customer experience
