We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Restaurant Manager to join our team to oversee the daily operations of our Victorian based establishments while ensuring that both our staff and customers have an exceptional experience - the role includes multiple venues with a strong focus on high level customer experience, whilst maintaining input cost control across the Group. We are looking for someone with both exceptional face to face skills and several years managing a pool of staff and managing costs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by managing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management & customer service

- Train, Mentor & supervise all restaurant staff, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

- Develop & implement standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting atmosphere for both staff and customers

- Monitor and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure the timely and accurate preparation and delivery of orders.

- Planning wine and cocktail menus in consultation with the food menu of the Head Chef

Qualification and Skills:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 5 years)

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills

- Strong customer service and communication abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
