Reporting to the Payments Lead in the Accounts Payable team, this role is responsible for daily creation of supplier purchase orders, reconciles stock and procurement invoices, and provides support for various payment and reconciliation tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to enter an Accounts/Finance role or for an administrator looking to advance their career! You'll have the chance to learn through coaching and support while gaining the skills needed for the role, as long as you bring the can do attitude.

Role: Accounts - Admin/Graduate role

Location: Docklands (Hybrid, Wed & Thurs in office)

Job Type: Contract - 8 Months (with a view of flexibility)

Rate: $35 - 40ph + super

Ideal Candidate:

Finance/Accounting degree

General admin experience

Interested in Finance

SAP highly regarded (not essentially - can be taught)

Excel savvy

Excellent communication skills

Can do/willing to learn attitude

Responsibilities:

Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder queries

Reconcile tanker carrier reports to SAP purchase orders daily and resolve exceptions

Review and correct results from testing laboratories against SAP purchase orders

Reconcile SAP freight expense purchase orders and send to AP for invoice processing

Reconcile procurement expense invoices to SAP purchase orders and send to AP for payment

Reconcile produce in transit balances and address balances older than 7 days

Raise industrial sales customer orders and invoices for produce sent directly to customers

Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., procurement, planning, IT, third-party companies) to resolve inbound data issues
