Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrative coordinator to provide high-level administrative support. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is essential in supporting area-wide administrative functions, effective communication, and administrative efficiency across the wider region-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Area Manager and senior employees to support in the delivery of services within Mission Australia
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and assist with organisational events, forums and meetings as required
  • Manage enquiries and complaints as they are received and provide front office support as required
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems and support project coordination
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication
  • Have a strong knowledge of organisational programs, policies and procedures

Requirements for Success

  • Relevant qualifications in Administration or business with at least 2 years experience working as a Senior Administration Officer
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and standards in alignment with organisational requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, building relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work autonomously, with limited guidance
  • High level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office suites
  • Ability to be sensitive and hold confidentiality
