Working with a privately owned organisation located in Cremorne we are looking for a Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will suit someone who has 1+ years' experience processing end to end payroll and is easily able to articulate their experience doing this. Working closely with a team processing pay for over 3000+ employees, this role offers flexibility - working 1 day from home per week, and flexible start/finish times.

The role:

• Working in a close-knit team processing end to end payroll for both weekly and monthly employees
• Reporting to the Payroll Manager and taking ownership of a business unit (with support)
• Onboarding, offboarding, terminations, variations and employee queries
• Superannuation, leave processing and calculations

The successful candidate:

• Will have previous experience in payroll, any level above 1+ year. End to end experience is required.
• ADP experience will be desirable, otherwise any large Payroll system experience.
• Will have a passion for payroll and a want to grow your skills in this field
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and high levels of initiative
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
