🧭 About the Role:

As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly and professional voice of APM. Your role will involve:

• Handling enquiries from the public, clients, and service partners
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal teams
• Supporting client re-engagement with APM services
• Delivering information about APM and Government-funded programs
• Maintaining accurate data entry within CRM systems
• Acting with empathy and professionalism in all client interactions

✅ What You'll Need:

• Certificate III in Customer Contact or relevant customer service experience
• Some knowledge of the AgedCare system
• Proven ability to support clients with complex needs in a compassionate way
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the confidence to learn new systems
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
