About the Company

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, support, and develop the HVAC service technician team
Oversee scheduling, service delivery, and workflow across the department
Collaborate closely with the Service Coordinator to maximise efficiency
Monitor and manage KPIs, team performance, and technician development
Resolve escalations and maintain high service standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a leadership role within HVAC or trades, with the technical knowledge to assist technicians on the job
Strong operational and people management skills
A natural leader who thrives on coaching and empowering others
Comfortable with reporting, KPIs, and managing performance
High attention to detail and great time management
Technically minded with an understanding of service-based businesses
A qualification in business or people management is a bonus, but not essential—experience and leadership ability matter most
Ability to work full-time, on-site at the Alexandria HQ
