We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Service Manager to lead the department, manage customer interactions, handle repairs, and oversee the execution of service tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering lasting relationships, and effectively managing a team of skilled service professionals. A deep understanding of industry standards, as well as our products and services, will be essential to succeed in this role.

To thrive as an HVAC Service Manager, you should have a strong sales-driven mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both customers and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee service tasks, track project progress, and manage the service team to meet objectives and sales goals.

Address customer complaints and concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Assist and improve the service administrative duties, including preparation of job reports for invoicing, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.

Resolve service desk challenges and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer service.

Identify recurring issues through monitoring department performance and client feedback and create strategies for resolution.

Conduct audits to ensure work and customer service align with company standards for efficiency and productivity.

Maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives to support service goals.

Help onboard and train new employees in company procedures and service protocols.

Stay up to date with industry regulations, laws, and emerging trends, ensuring the company adheres to all relevant standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous management experience in a service-related field is a plus.

Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and related technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Proficiency with computer systems and organizational tools.

Strong creative problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
