About the company:

We are an established HVAC / Refrigeration company working on the larger scale construction projects, as well small fit outs and service & maintenance across the commercial, health care and retail sectors. Due to more contract wins and extensions they are looking for a Service Manager to run a team of techs for the commercial division to carry out service and maintenance works and also run small fit out projects.

They are very flexible, do not micro manage and are looking for someone to make this role their own and put their own spin on it.

The right person must meet the following criteria:

3+ years as a Service Manager running a team of 10+ techs

Proven co-ordination skills and project delivery

Know how to manage client expectations and demonstrate a customer service satisfaction

Able to manage a work team of technicians and apprentices efficiently, leading by example

Be presentable with strong communication skills as you will be talking with stakeholders, clients, builders etc

Be a team player with the ability to utilise the admin support team as well as the service/install crews

The right candidate will be offered the following:
