Beach House Seaside Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Activities team members to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

This role plays a key part in enhancing our guest experience by planning and facilitating engaging recreational activities throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Help organise and run a range of guest activities in a safe, engaging, and professional manner

Assist with social events such as welcome parties, trivia nights, bingo, and paint and sip sessions

Support water sport activities at Jack Evans Harbour during family fun days

Maintain accurate records of equipment usage

Provide support in the bar/cafe as required

Identify and report maintenance issues, and assist with minor repairs (e.g. bikes)

Ensure all equipment and activity areas are clean, organised, and complaint with WH&S standards

Supervise and entertain children during school holiday programs (Kids Club)

Drive the resort bus for guest transfers and scheduled activity excursions

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Hold current certifications: First Aid, RSA and Blue Card

Availability to work weekends to cover leave if required

Barista/bar experience desirable

A proactive, hands-on team player

Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

Commitment to upholding workplace health and safety and code of conduct standards

Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
