About the role
Complete Comfort is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland. This full-time position is a pivotal role in our growing organisation, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Processing invoices and payments using Xero
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers
- Assisting with general office tasks, including data entry and filing
- Managing and updating social media accounts
- Becoming familiar with our extensive and growing range of products
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a similar industry but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask
- Proficient in using Xero (essential)
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with social media management (beneficial but not essential)
- A proactive positive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
