Duties
As the company continues its rapid growth, assist the company to achieve better efficiency and solve organisational problems through a comprehensive review of company processes, protocols, financial management and client dealings.
Analyse the current business model and processes and determine best business practice moving forward through the delivery of strategic and operational improvement projects.
Working with management and staff to implement these projects and achieve maximum efficiency.
Proposing and recommending procedures and protocols to improve the general management and efficiency of the company. Designing scalable solutions that are easy to adopt and deliver real impact.
Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Assist the management in the transition phase as the Managing Director moves to a part-time role.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
A bachelor’s degree in management, finance or business.
At least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
Hard-working.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Self-motivated.
Strong time management.
