HR Superintendent – Mining | Broken Hill, NSW

Join a long-standing mining operation in Broken Hill as a Human Resources Superintendent, reporting to the onsite General Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee ER/IR, recruitment, performance management, engagement, and compliance
• Coach leaders, manage payroll queries, and ensure best HR practices
• Drive a positive workplace culture
• Improve processes and boost team performance
• Ensure alignment with Fair Work Act and policies

About you:

• Tertiary qualified in HR, Business, or similar
• 5+ years' experience in a generalist, site-based HR role
• Strong knowledge of ER/IR in heavy industry
• Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
