We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Field Services Superintendent to oversee field maintenance operations across multiple sites in the Peel Region of Western Australia, managing a skilled team of HD Fitters and Service Technicians responsible for our fleet of mobile plant.

This is more than just a leadership role — you’ll be a key player in the implementation of processes and systems that improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and support better planning and scheduling of our mobile plant maintenance across the business.

This role is best suited to applicants who live in the Peel Region WA or close surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and coordinating HD Fitters and Service Technicians across sites

Overseeing breakdowns, servicing, and preventative maintenance of mobile plant

Working closely with the parts coordinator to streamline parts requests and reduce duplication

Supporting the development and rollout of planning and scheduling strategies

Identifying opportunities for process improvements in field service delivery

Championing safety and maintenance standards

Providing hands-on technical support when required

Using software, apps, and spreadsheets to track performance and streamline field service delivery

Supporting data-driven decision-making and maintenance planning

About you:

Trade qualified HD Fitter or Diesel Mechanic (essential)

Proven experience in a leadership or superintendent role across multiple sites

Strong tech skills – confident using apps, spreadsheets (e.g. Excel), and digital platforms to improve workflows

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and field-based repair knowledge

Strong mobile plant maintenance knowledge (loaders, excavators, dozers, etc.)

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites as needed
