About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to guide the successful delivery of our School Management Platform across a diverse client base, from independent schools to large-scale enterprise and government education customers.

As the Implementation Lead, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Implementation team, while also taking ownership of our strategic enterprise deployments. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, development, and executive teams to ensure our clients experience a seamless transition and long-term success with our platform.

Oversee complex deployments and enterprise-level onboarding initiatives, ensuring efficient rollouts and positive stakeholder engagement;

Track and manage implementation revenue, resources, and forecasting—delivering regular progress and performance updates to leadership;

Drive the development of solution designs, process flows, training documents, and user manuals to support effective implementation;

Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalations and improving overall customer sentiment;

Introduce and embed scalable, repeatable practices across Independent and Department school implementations;

Promote cross-functional collaboration with sales, development, and executive teams to align on project needs and outcomes;

Support the professional growth of your team through feedback, learning and development, and ongoing coaching;

Represent the company and contribute to key onboarding activities, change management discussions, and executive decision-making.

About you

This leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at navigating complex projects, developing scalable processes, and inspiring teams to perform at their best. You combine strong business acumen with hands-on implementation expertise and a consultative, solution-focused approach. With a customer-first mindset and a calm, confident communication style, you're known for building strong relationships, delivering results, and maintaining composure, even when the pressure is on.

You will also bring:

Proven experience leading large-scale software implementations or rollouts;

Strategic planning and advisory skills for implementation delivery;

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with P&L responsibilities;

Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and consultation skills;

Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities;

A quality-driven, customer-first approach.

Nice to haves:

Familiarity with project management methodologies;

Previous vendor-side experience;

Understanding of financial systems or integrations is a plus.

Please note that you must have:
