About the role

Pac Food Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounts & Order Processing Assistant to join our team in Kunda Park, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our accounts and order processing functions.

What you'll be doing

Process and reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions using MYOB

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements

Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting and order processing systems and procedures

Process orders and invoice customers using MYOB accurately and efficiently

Arrange transport logistics for deliveries and manage communication with couriers

Follow up with couriers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues

Communicate directly with customers to confirm order details, delivery times, and resolve any concerns

Take on additional administrative tasks as required by a small team

What we're looking for

3-4 years of experience in an accounts role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Sound understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong numeracy and data entry skills, with the ability to work with high attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Proficient in the use of MYOB, & Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A TEAM PLAYER with a proactive and adaptable approach to work
