About the role

For the customer service - sales role:

Inbound Sales processing and quotations for Equipment & Spare Parts

Technical support for the Roband sales team, our distributor network and end-users

Coordination of warranty service requests via our database of authorized service providers

Further strengthen relationships and trust with our customer accounts

Previous Customer Service experience is ideal and either technical experience or at least aptitude would hit the mark.
