We therefore require an experienced Project Mnagaer to assist in the deployment of our systems and join our every expanding team.

About the role

Working in our head office based in Hallam and onsite management, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating works from start to finish.

Duties will include:

Communicate, Schedule & Manage Project Works

Enter data accurately and efficiently, maintaining a keen financial eye on the projects at hand

Administer documentation regarding job specific OH&S as required

Adhere to deadlines, answering queries and problem solving as the need arises

Actively manage all technicians to confirm they are working efficiently and to a timeline of works

Assist with the preparation and running of regular toolbox meetings

Invoice completed works and progress claims, and secure information appropriately

Allocate equipment, raise PO's & maintain stock levels for project related works

Works closely with all parties involved in the projects to ensure handover is completed on time

Completed As Built Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals

Some travel may be required dependant upon location of works being undertaken

Candidates Key Attributes

Excellent written and verbal skills

Ability to coordinate a team of 12+ technicians

Excellent time management skills

Initiative and ability to problem-solve on your feet

Impeccable organisational and customer service skills

Multi-tasking ability is imperative

Keen eye for financial aspects and able to identify issues prior to them happening

Requirements For this Role

2 Years Minimum experience in a similar role
