The Role:
Working with the warehousing and distribution team, this role is instrumental in supporting the wider business. Reporting directly to the Customer Service and Distribution Manager, this role is fast paced and requires someone who can multitask, with exceptional organisational skills, who can comfortably build rapport at all levels. Duties will include:

• Preparing and completing shipping documentation
• Reviewing orders across both Domestic and Export customers
• Release of orders and invoicing for Warehousing
• Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Reporting of all orders without stock availability dates
• Liaising with freight forwarders
• Monitoring orders to ensure vessels are booked
• Support with training and process implementation
• Support with managing customer rejections, damages, and claims

About you:
You are a motivated and dedicated individual who thrives on problem solving and collaborating to achieve goals. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills, you are compliance focused and prioritise safety. Ideally you have experience within an FMCG or Manufacturing industries, with exposure to D365 favourable but not a necessity.
