Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working labourer to join our civil construction team. Our projects span residential and industrial subdivisions, involving a wide range of civil works from start to finish.

Your role will include assisting with bulk earthworks, general site prep, and supporting the installation of underground services such as water, stormwater, sewer, electrical and communication conduits. You’ll also help with building retaining walls, installing fences, completing landscaping, concreating and working on the construction of roadways and pavements. The job involves physical labour, site clean-up, and assisting plant operators and tradespeople.

While experience in civil construction or similar labouring roles is preferred, we’re also open to motivated individuals who are willing to learn and grow in the industry. A White Card is essential, and a driver’s licence with reliable transport is required. You must be physically fit, punctual, and able to follow directions while working well in a team environment.
