About the role…

As we embark on opening our 5th and 6th stores this year in Westfield Marion and Burnside Village, we are looking for high energy, motivated and fun people to join the Daisy & Hen Warehouse team in full time roles as a Warehouse Generalist. These are full time, Monday to Friday roles with a glorious 8am - 4pm roster.

This is so much more than another pick pack job! You will work within the broader Warehouse team to create an industry leading customer experience, manage our huge product range and deliver speedy online fulfilment.

Your typical week will include any of the following:

Receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries

Marking off / pricing stock

Preparing and pricing stock for the stores (and sometimes delivering it!)

Picking and packing for online orders

General warehouse stock management, storage and housekeeping. Including cyclical stocktake.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

Get the job done. Whatever it takes!

About you…

You love working with stock! Deliveries, picking, refilling etc - you love it all.

You are fun, high energy, positive, and motivated to work.

You are physically fit. Able and willing to perform repetitive, manual warehouse work including heavy lifting.

You work at a fast pace, with tight deadlines.

You are a problem solver, and have a can do approach to getting things done.

You can work solo or in a team, and adapt well to changing priorities.

You are committed to continual learning, and looking for something you can grow with long term.

You are willing to drive a Company van for stock deliveries.

You contribute positively to your work environment, enjoy a collaborative culture and enjoy celebrating your hard work!

Experience we are looking for…

Pick and pack experience, in a retail or ecommerce product based environment – essential.

Experience with stock / inventory / invoices / purchase orders would be advantageous, especially in a retail environment.

You are computer literate (Excel & Outlook knowledge is helpful)

General knowledge trivia – not essential to the role but would be helpful for our Monday morning team meetings 🤓

And 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday roster. Saturdays are required at peak times, around 6-8 times per year.
