Permanent Part-time Medical Receptionist - Immediate Start!

We're on the hunt for an awesome GP receptionist! We are looking for someone permanent part-time for a 4 day per week position.

About you

You are a diligent Medical receptionist who is a real go-getter. You're keen to join an up and coming organisation that isn't afraid to 'think outside the box' for optimal health care delivery. You have experience in a General Practice setting using Best Practice software and processing skin cancer items. You are open minded to use systems, processes and technologies to improve the efficiency of the practice and the patient experience.

Medical Receptionist Duties:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations

Schedule appointments and manage patient enquiries

Maintain accurate patient records

Process patient payments
