The Role

As our new Automotive Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across all vehicle systems – including brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical components

Carrying out routine maintenance (oil changes, tyre rotations, fluid flushes)

Repairing and replacing faulty parts to restore peak vehicle performance

Accurately documenting work performed and maintaining job records

Communicating clearly with clients and delivering excellent customer service

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace, following all OH&S guidelines

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude

A current Australian driver’s licence

A recognised Trade Qualification in Automotive Technology

The ability to work independently while contributing to the team

Bonus Skills (not essential):

QLD Safety Certificate accreditation

Auto Electrical trade qualifications

Air conditioning qualifications
