GLO Gelato are a new business on Lygon Street in the heart of Carlton, seeking a Gelato Customer Experience Specialist to join us on a casual basis for 3-4 shifts per week, 3-8 hour shifts, anytime between 11:30am - 11:30pm.

Ability to serve a line of customers with a friendly approach

Ability to have friendly banter and conversation with customers.

Responsibilities:

Performing set up and pack down at the open or close of the store

Maintain the overall cleanliness of the location

Scoop our range of gelato using a paddle

Prepare drinks for customers

Pack and Organise Uber Eats & Online Orders of cakes and gelato for customer pick up or delivery

Restaurant Industry award level 3 rate

$32.25 per hour + plus penalty rates

Great location

Pay increase to $35 per hour base rate after first 12 weeks of training
