Barista - $80k+ super

Gun Barista and an awesome all-rounder required!

· Monday – Friday, a 38-hour working week

· Redfern offices – serving up to 300 staff

· $89,200.00 salary package on offer

As a Barista/Cafe All-Rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a natural multi-tasker to ensure your customers (the staff and their visitors) receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient & friendly manner whilst handling all transactions with the POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with company hygiene standards.

You will have excellent barista experience creating a range of hot and cold on trend beverages. You will also be expected to assist with taking orders from the Boardroom and delivering said orders in person, so excellent communication and personal presentation is important.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Serving staff and customers and taking orders

· Preparing a range of hot & cold beverages

· Steam/texture milk

· Managing basic stock levels

· Maintaining a clean & hygienic workspace

· Handling cash & card transactions
