Senior HR AdvisorLocation: Melbourne’s North/West
Salary: Up to $100,000 (inclusive of Super) – Full-Time Equivalent
Work Arrangement: Flexible – Part-time (3-4 days per week) or Full-time

Miller Leith is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing strategic HR guidance while remaining hands-on with operational HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Oversee compliance-related HR tasks, including medicals, police checks, and contract administration
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with workforce planning, payroll tracking, and validation meetings with Finance
• Drive process improvements and contribute to broader HR projects

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing HR documentation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• The ability to balance strategic HR advisory work with hands-on operational tasks
