- Member Services Officer - 23 hours per week
- Gym and Fitness Officer - 15 hours per week

$27.94 per hour (please note that junior rates may apply)

We are currently seeking a motivated Member Services Officer and Gym and Fitness Officer to enhance and support PCYC Mt Isa and Cloncurry Youth Clubs operations by ensuring all members and customers receive the highest level of customer service. Your New Role

You will be at the forefront responding to club enquiries, providing advice and information as well as partaking in up-selling and cross-selling of PCYC products and services. You will also prepare point of sale devices including cash registers and electronic swipe devices in addition to some office administration. The Gym and Fitness Officer is responsible for inductions and general supervision of the gym. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. About You

• Holds a minimum Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice
• Holds industry accreditation, preferably with Fitness Australia
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Industry experience in the relevant area of practice preferred
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a customer service or sales role
• Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs in the relevant area of practice.
• Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Outlook).
