About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at our Jayco Hobart Service Centre. This full-time role will be based in Moonah, and will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy service centre.
What you'll be doing
Process and manage warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to warranty claims
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth resolution of warranty issues
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and account enquiries
Support the team at King Trailer Industries with other duties as required
What We're Looking For
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or warranty role
Knowledge of the caravan industry an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
