Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local and FIFO Labour Hire.
Due to internal growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Labour Hire team.

Duties will include:

• Recruiting for a number of projects, shutdowns & labour coverage. Roles include: Trades (Boilermakers/Fitters/Concreters/Mechanics), Riggers, Mobile Plant Operators, Truck Drivers, Drainers, Yardhands and more.
• Shortlisting & screening and interviewing applicants for various roles
• Presenting shortlisted personnel to our Business Development Manager and/or clients directly.
• Managing (CRM JobAdder), keeping it updated with accurate & current information
• Use of online platforms to source and identify appropriate candidates
• Assisting the mobilisation team with mobilisation tasks where needed

This is one of those rare recruitment roles that enables you to focus entirely on the candidate experience. We don't expect you to bring in clients, and we have a mobilisation team to support you onboarding workers. This role is talent pooling and submitting the best workers to our live vacancies.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in the mining or civil industry with at least 3 years in a similar Recruitment role and a strong knowledge of trades and Blue Collar roles.
• JobAdder exposure ideal but not essential
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and targets
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of work
• Solutions driven individual; that can show initiative and drive optimism
• Available for full time Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm
