About the role

OCC WA Labour Services is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support the existing team with recruitment of candidates for a variety of blue-collar positions. You will play a key role in connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to

• Resourcing and screening suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates
• Onboarding candidates, ensuring compliance and processes are followed
• Payroll support eg following up on outstanding timesheets
• Mobilisation and induction support
• General administration support across the office

What you will need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require the following;

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be process driven, reliable and willing to learn
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience within a “blue collar” environment preferred
