About the Role:

We are looking for a positive, proactive individual to assist in delivering high-quality care and engaging activities for children in our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program. This casual position offers a minimum of 6 shifts, with the potential for additional shifts and extended hours during vacation care for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Support the delivery of fun and safe before/after school and vacation care programs

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Assist in planning and running creative, age-appropriate activities

Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment

Work collaboratively as part of a hardworking, enthusiastic team

About You:

You enjoy working with children and bring a friendly, energetic attitude

Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills

Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to the needs of the service

Confident in leading or supporting group activities

Previous experience in OSHC or a similar role is an advantage

Relevant qualifications (or working toward) in education, childcare, or related fields preferred

Requirements:

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
