About the role

You’ll take charge of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily site operations and coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Monitoring project schedules to achieve key milestones.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Building productive relationships with stakeholders and resolving on-site challenges.
• Maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience supervising commercial fit-outs, refurbishments or new builds
• A trade background and strong grasp of on-site processes and timelines
• Confident communicator who builds rapport and motivates teams
• Well-versed in WHS standards and compliance
• Able to think on your feet and keep momentum even when challenges arise
• Comfortable using project tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar
