We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support both the private and professional lives of a family and the daily operations of Twynam Investments (www.twynam.com).
This unique dual-role offers incredible variety—no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted with everything from coordinating family appointments, managing holiday homes, and organising events, to overseeing office operations, handling travel logistics, and managing internal and external communications for the Twynam business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be providing personal and professional support to the CEO and his immediate family.
Your role will be highly varied and key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
FAMILY
Scheduling personal and professional appointments for the family.
Office and personal event planning / reservations/coordination.
Manage and coordinate property / holiday home maintenance, repairs, pay bills, inspections and monitor rentals. This includes liaison with managers and staff.
Car and boat licence renewals / maintenance
Organizing tickets and events, memberships, subscriptions.
Club registrations / nominations / accommodation.
Buy, sell and organize things for the family.
Health claims.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
Pull together information for yearly tax return.
Helping the family in whatever may occur in a day.
TWYNAM
High level diary and calendar management, including scheduling personal and professional meetings.
Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with minimal direction.
Act as an office manager - organising cleaners, dishwasher, plants, security, staff amenities.
Point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Arrange corporate and personal travel and accommodation.
Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports.
Manage social media for Twynam Agriculture and LinkedIn.
Twynam Agriculture vehicle licence renewals / maintenance.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Oversee company inbound emails and additional inboxes and distribute correspondence.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Farm uniform management.
Expense management.
Event planning / coordination.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proactive, flexible, solutions-focussed and have a strong attention to detail.
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
Enjoy working within a team, as well as independently.
